Sorry this took so long, a few personal setbacks and
just needing to know what to do made a delay.

Proposal-  Relay for Life Demo at Healthsouth
Mountainview Rehab Hospital  May 10th 9am-5pm.

cost to Shire-  $0

Autocrat- Gwyneth MClellen

There will be Heavy Weapons and Fencing tourneys $10
entry donation requested for tourneys

A&S and demo's requested

silent auction

Healthsouth will be grilling and doing a bake sell
again

Morgantown Learning Academy Fencing Club will also be
doing a martial demonstration

I have even heard a rumor we may have some
bellydancers at the demo as well.

Please vote on this and let me know the outcome and I
will submit the letter to the Aestel.  Thank you.
