NOTE: No where in this does it say that it's the Penguin book giveaway that
we all know and love of old.  I merely mentioned to the wife that this might
be what it was and she misconstrued.  The following is the full text of the
advertisement as published in the Dominion Post:

"June 23rd to June 30th FREE BOOK GIVEAWAY

Annual book giveaway at the Mountaineer Mall, Open only to non-profit
organizations and school institutions on Monday, June 23rd.  Then open to
the general public beginning Tuesday, June 24th.  Beginning daily 10am to
7pm, Sunday noon to 5pm.  June 23rd to June 30th.  (304)296-0096"

I called the number and it is not Penguin.  It's something called Operation

They said they never know what kind of books they're going to get from year
to year, but they get two semi-tractor trailers full of them.  We might get
a whole bookcase of stuff highly relevant to our organization or we might
find that it's nothing but cookbooks and bodice-rippers.  Spin the wheel and
place your bets.
