[Mistyhighlandslist] Maplewood Demo

Greetings Nobel members of our fair shire.

We have once again been asked to do a demo for the
Maplewood Retirement community located just outside of
Bridgeport WV.  The date is Friday July 11th, the time
being from 6-8pm.

They are looking for some fighter and fancing demo's. 
I would like to step that up a bit and have some
melees.  We will be outdoors this year and they have a
nice courtyard with plenty of room for us to pull off
some small melee demos.

We will have a place to change so you don't have to
drive down in garb or armor.  There will be tables to
set up A&S displays...if anyone is wanting to sell any
of there crafts let me know so we can set up a
seperate table for you.

They have offered us a generous donation.  There will
be food and drink.  I've been informed that there will
be wine and maybe some ale.  

I would really like to put on a show for these guys,
as well there may be some media representation as
well.  If we do well we may get more demo's which
leads to more newcomers.

I'll post directions later in the month...I'm pretty
sure it's off RT 50 between Bridgeport and Grafton. 
Not hard to get to at all.

Let me know if you plan to attend and what you plan to
do so I can inform Maplewood.  I know I have a few
fighters all ready.
