[Mistyhighlandslist] January Shire Meeting Minutes

Meeting was brought to order at 6:05 pm with 14 people in attendance.

Chatelaine- No new news to report.  Have some new faces at Shire meeting and
Fighter Practice.

Marshall- Have Fighters, but no where to fight right now, working on it.

Thrown Weapon & Archery- It's Winter

Exchequer- Balance is 2548.13, report is due at the end of the month.

A&S- Did Yule, Scriptorium, Had A&S meeting.  Next A&S meeting still open
please contact if you are interested on hosting.  Next report due March 1st.


Web Mistress- We still have a web site.

Scheneshal- Youth Officers will now be required to have passed a Background
check.

Chronicler- Newsletter cost 11.03 this month since I was unable to use the
work printer this time.  Should be zero in the future.

Chirurgeon- Everyone is well, as far as I know.

Old business- Event site and date, June 7, Mason Dixon Park. Morgantown, WV

New Business-
Narah is doing a belly dance work shop and performance on Feb. 23rd, see

Tessa was elevated to Pelican yesterday.
