6pm meeting called to order with 9 people in attendance

Chamberlaine- nothing has changed
Archery and Thrown weapons- It is winter
Exchequer- balance is 2548.13, no checks or dep. out.  Report is in, next
report due April 30.
A&S- Had Althyng on the 7th.  Next one is March 6 @ Allinoras house. April
is open if any volunteers. Astel's deadline is March1.
Herald- Nothing new to report
Heavy Marshall- It's winter, no indoor site.  Student rec. center was
discussed.
Web minister- We still have a web site.  It won a Society award for best
organization, more info coming.
Chirurgeon- Report is in, CPR card will be recerted on 15th, everyone is
well
Chronicler- newsletter handed out, cost zero for Feb.
Seneschal- Nothing has changed.

OLD BUSINESS- War college is coming along, have site for June 7th.
