Picture It.  Blackstone Raids.  A.S. 42

AEthelmearc is outnumbered by the Midrealm Army but is joined by a contingent from Atlantia.  After a close series of field battles we meet on the bridges.  Now, this is not just any bridge crossing.  There is a north-bound bridge and a south-bound bridge.  Atlantia & AEthelmearc split the chore right down the middle.  The enemy was so devastated that the Marshals asked House Sable Maul to fight on the Midrealm side.  Not only did they meet the task honorably but they impressed HRM Lutr, King of the Midrealm, so much that he gave this foreign (to him) unit the Award of the Dragon's Teeth.
