Meeting was opened at 6:00pm

Marshall: We still have fighters and we like hitting each other.  There is a
policy change at Stansbury hall we are looking to see if it applies to us.

Exchequer:  balance is 2729.16, with one check out for 50.00 check # 1261
which will be added back into the books.  We are now working on a
reimbursement only policy

Fencing: we are still fencing, paperwork for student status is in the
works.  The Stansbury issue is being looked at to see if it applies to us.
Once we have student status we can advertise in the DA. The new epees are
ordered and on the way. And had new people at fencing practice due to the
article ran on the fencers ion the DA.

Chatelaine: had 2 new guys at fighter practice, Ezra and Zach. They found us
through the web. Quarterly reports are coming up and will be sure to get it
in. Had an article run on the front page of the DA about the fencers.

Thrown weapons& Archery: Happened a couple of times, weekly is not working
out.  It is now going to be a monthly by request practice.

Web minister:  We still have a web site , and we now own
www.mistyhighlands.org.

mistress of A&S:  Are in between officers right now, have had a couple of
althyngs and had 2 new people come by.

Old business: Talked about a possible demo at the Meadow brook Mall

New Business:  AS officer nominations were made, Scottish highlands festival
discussed, A drumming circle will be held by friends of Amy's on 3rd Sunday
of every month starting in October, contact Amy for details. Balloon
festival discussed.
