Shire Meeting November 07

Began 6:00pm



Marshall- still have practice, it is now indoors at Stansbury Hall, and we
have a few new fighters.



Web Minister- still have a web site, has been updated.  Juliana won a
Kingdom award, the Silver Strand, for the web site.



Exchequer- Balance is 2659.16, next report is due Jan. 31, 08 one check out
for 60.00 to Quiet Dell.



Archery- nothing to report, practice is by request.



A&S- 1st Thur. Of every month, is rotating diff. Places. Last one was at
Amy's house and went very well.



Thrown Weapons- Had a practice that afternoon with 3 in attendance.



Old Business- Yule happening on Dec. 8 at Quiet Dale Community center from
12pm to ?



New Business- War Collage event bid was put forward by Gareth.  Passed
unanimously. The event bid was placed on the list if anyone wishes to review
it.

Had 6 new people come to the meeting, and did a short meet and greet.



Meeting adjourned at 6:15 pm
