Tis your friendly neighborhood Chamberlain with a
request for everyone who has Shire Property in their
possession.

If you could take the time and send me the following
information about the property that you have.

What is it? (Iron Key, Sun Shade, etc.)

What color is it?

What is it made out of? (wood, fabric, etc.)

Does it have any distinguishing features?

Its current location?

Was it purchased by the shire, and if so how much?

was it  donated to the Shire, and if so by who?

What is its condition?

I may ask to come around and take a picture of the
property to have a visual record.

If you can get this information back to me (off list
at fiachna_na_tuaighe at yahoo.com) as soon as you can I
would be a very greatful Chamberlain.
