[Mistyhighlandslist] balloon festival demo

At the next meeting, I'm going to propose the balloon festival demo and a
possible KC-replacement (of sorts) mall demo.  I like Tearlach's
compromise.  How's everyone else feel about that?

Also, what's the name of the game store in the Fairmont mall?  I should find
out what special events they might be having.
