[Mistyhighlandslist] balloon festival demo

And when the ballons don't fly due to weather (about
half the time), the crowds, and organizers, are glad
for anything else to entertain them. The preliminary
inquiries and arrangements were made last year, but
then much of our populace was unable to attend,
forcing us to back out. I don't want to have to do
that again, so it should be planned well in advance
like a small event, comparable to Yule, and not an
improvised demo. The festival runs four days, and
would have plenty of space for anything we wanted to
do, including melees, pavilions, dancing, maybe even
thrown weapons.

Tearlach
