[Mistyhighlandslist] advice for your castellan?

One of the ideas that was loosely tossed around last
year was a demo at the balloon festival during the
fall. Not sure who to contact for that.
Not really sure how to go about recruiting other then
demos...Valgardr made suggestions about fliers and
posters around local libraries and such...might be an
idea.
