[Mistyhighlandslist] advice for your castellan?

When would be a good time for that demo, do you think? I'm leaning toward
right after Pennsic in September or later in the Autumn. I'd still like to
do a WVU demo sometime if only for sentimental reasons (I met My Lady at
one).
Oh, and what about recruitment other than demos?
