Hmmm...will broadcloth withstand the abuse of the field? What about a sport cloth or heavier poplin?

Hello,
After researching Joans Fabric website It looks like the fabric per tabbard will cost 9.95 with a small amount of fusing say .50 cents. Since they do not offer Trigger in any color but balck this price is for broadcloth solids, 1.99 a yd. Bulk in this fabric is 76.99 for 20 yds, doesa not make sense, but there you go, so by the yard w/b best. 2 1/4 yard each white and green with 1/2 yard blue and a scant amount of fuse which is 1.59 for 3yds. So with shipping round up .55 cents will make tabbards 11.00 each. If you are interested in purchasing a tabbard I will need to know right away, a buy list s/b created and an order submited soon, since we are looking at construction of tabbards to be a project at April Yule. Indeed we can use a 40% off coupon for one of the two orders of fabric, the savings of which will be used to purchase the thread needed, any savings can then be passed back to purchasers if there is any. I am not sure about Broadcloth, I have not used
it that much so I am very interested in your opinion on this choice. Pleae let me know. In Service, always, Lady Yngrid
