JUNE MEETING



Chatelaine- got gold key transferred, all is well



Chirurgeon- reports in, no injuries reported at Sherwood, all is well



Chronicler- newsletter for June is out, no cost to make, all is well



Web mistress- site is updated, archery and Salem practice info updated



A&S- having a garb workshop July 1st will be on the web page, that is that



Exchequer- balance, 1523.39. Reimbursement check for coffee bar given to
Gen. Picked up feast receipts for Sherwood. Estimate loss of Sherwood $30.00
- $60.00. Next report is due July 31st. Still waiting on proof of insr.
Payment



Thrown weapons- Spent all money allotted to: 2 new thrown weapons stands, 2
new archery stands, 6 new target faces, cord reel and list ropes.



Archery- Still happening, in process of contacting archery scorekeeper for
Sherwood report



Fencing- Fencing is still Wed. has not changed, may never. Sherwood went
well.



Seneschal- 3 contacts have been made lately and have sent them all
information.  Reports were due June 1st.  July 8 is the next meeting; we
will need to find a new meeting site.



Old Business:



Academy- have a preliminary teaching/class list, still needs to be approved
but s/b no problem.  Court is at 6pm, still need to figure out food for
Academy.



Student group- Need a new person to reg. us as a student Org.



New Business:



Need new Shire meeting location. July meeting will be behind the CAC where
fight prac. Is now held, and will decide where to go once we all arrive if
the weather is bad.



Recruiting efforts- fencing demo for fall, student organization fair in
fall, balloon festival, all possibilities.
