Hello Shire,

I would like to appologize for being absent from the September meeting.
 Rota and I were prescribed a weekend of relaxation on the Greenbriar
river by her mom.  And who can argue with their future mother-in-law?

I would also like to appologize in advance for being absent from the
October meeting.  We'll be on our honeymoon.

As far as thrown weapons goes:  Attendance at practices has declined a
bit.  Thrown weapons practice still happens on Thursday's in
conjunction with Fairmont Althyng.  I'm hoping to get a few sunday
practices in this fall.  Starting after mid October, I hope to hold
some practices on sunday afternoons.  Depending on timing, these could
be held in conjunction with the Morgantown Althyng.  I will consult the
hostess and announce when and where the sunday throwing will take
place.
