Greetings,

        My name is Justin Blake and I am the community relations coordinator
for Maplewood Retirement Community in Bridgport, WV.  We are having a
Renaissance Dinner on Nov. 9th for the local community and for our
residents.  The reason we are having the dinner and silent auction to raise
money for the Harrison County Cultural Foundation.  We are providing a
buffet and entertainment.  I had talked to Shelly Dusic about having some
people from SCA come down and perhaps dress up and do whatever you wanted
for some entertainment.  We are planning to have some local media and are
inviting the chamber of commerce to the event.  This would be great for not
only raising money for charity, but would be great exposure for SCA as well.
Shelly told me that you would have to vote on it at your meeting.  Please
let me know if this is a possiblity.  If so I would like to start
advertising the event and promoting SCA as well.  Even if only a few people
could come it would be great for the cause.  Thanks so much for your help.
