[Mistyhighlandslist] Yule Gathering

Greeting fair Shire!

            Since the Yule gathering will require some shire funds it needs
to be approved and voted on at a shire meeting. I posted the initial idea a
while ago and the overwhelming consensus was that the weekend of the 9th was
the best weekend.  So, to get all the official stuff out of the way, below
is the bid.

Misty Highlands Yule Gathering

 

December 9th

10am - 9pm

Location: Quiet Dell Community Center (Near Valley Falls)

 

Autocrats: Valgardr & Juliana

 

Site Cost: $60

 

Outdoor Activities:          Fencing, Fighting, Archery, and Thrown Weapons,
as weather permits.

Indoor Activities:            Scriptorium, Music, Gaming, Potluck Feast,
Sociallizing, Dancing

 

Garb is optional.

No charge, this is a free event.
